These 65 m² holiday flats have everything you need to enjoy your stay. They can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms and children under 2 can stay free of charge in a baby cot. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, there is one bedroom with a single bed and the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
All flats have a spacious and bright living area open onto a fully equipped kitchenette for cooking during your stay. In addition, they all have a small balcony that will allow you to enjoy the good weather that the Mediterranean has to offer.
The entrance to the flats is Self-Check-in, you will be able to access from your mobile phone.
What we like most about these flats is that they are located 15 minutes' walk from the Sagrada Familia. The nearest metro station is Clot (Lines 1 and 2) and is just a 2-minute walk from the property. This metro station is also home to the Clot-Aragon station, where regional and suburban trains run every day, linking the neighbourhood with the centre and airport of Barcelona and with numerous towns in Catalonia.

Self Check-In Accommodations. The guest must register online and pay the outstanding amount before arrival to receive instructions on how to access the accommodation with their mobile phone.
Minimum age for check-in: 25
Late Check-in (from 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) has a supplement of €40.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is required, which must be confirmed by pre-authorization on a credit card. The deposit will be released within a period of approximately 5 to 10 business days after departure, provided that there have been no incidents in the state of conservation of the apartment or its contents.
Accepted payment methods - Mastercard / Visa / Cash (Up to €1,000 maximum)
Parties cannot be held. In case of non-compliance, the apartment will be evicted and the deposit will be collected.
You cannot smoke in the entire premises.
VAT not included in the rates.
Our company does not belong to the hospitality industry and does not pay value added tax.
We can issue receipts in the name of natural or legal persons, but, if you want an invoice with VAT, we must first collect 21% which is not included in the rates.
