The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances - ideal for everything from a quick breakfast to a lovingly prepared dinner.
It is located in a quiet building on the sixth floor with an elevator.
The entire apartment enjoys a lot of natural light, it is the ideal accommodation to feel at home while you are away.
What we like most about this apartment is without a doubt the balcony where you can take advantage of the magnificent climate that the Mediterranean offers.

Late Check-in (from 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) has a supplement of €40.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is required, which must be confirmed by pre-authorization on a credit card. The deposit will be released within a period of approximately 5 to 10 business days after departure, provided that there have been no incidents in the state of conservation of the apartment or its contents.
Accepted payment methods - Mastercard / Visa / Cash (Up to €1,000 maximum)
Parties cannot be held. In case of non-compliance, the apartment will be evicted and the deposit will be collected.
You cannot smoke in the entire premises.
VAT not included in the rates.
Our company does not belong to the hospitality industry and does not pay value added tax.
We can issue receipts in the name of natural or legal persons, but, if you want an invoice with VAT, we must first collect 21% which is not included in the rates.
The tourist tax is a mandatory municipal fee calculated per guest and per night. Guests under 17 are exempt. It must be paid before check-in at the apartment.
Security deposit of €300 per apartment (card only).
Check-in from 3:30 PM. After 8:00 PM, a €40 surcharge applies. Latest check-in: 1:30 AM.
