Here you'll find the historic Barcelona University building; modernista landmarks such as the Casa Golferichs; the Parc de Joan Miró, and two important food markets, the Mercat del Ninot and the Mercat Sant Antoni, which give vibrancy and inject life into this Eixample Esquerra neighbourhood. As you walk through the neighbourhood, you'll be surprised by the bustle and activity of the shopping streets ant the numerous bars and restaurants.

Late Check-in (from 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) has a supplement of €40.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is required, which must be confirmed by pre-authorization on a credit card. The deposit will be released within a period of approximately 5 to 10 business days after departure, provided that there have been no incidents in the state of conservation of the apartment or its contents.
Accepted payment methods - Mastercard / Visa / Cash (Up to €1,000 maximum)
Parties cannot be held. In case of non-compliance, the apartment will be evicted and the deposit will be collected.
You cannot smoke in the entire premises.
VAT not included in the rates.
Our company does not belong to the hospitality industry and does not pay value added tax.
We can issue receipts in the name of natural or legal persons, but, if you want an invoice with VAT, we must first collect 21% which is not included in the rates.
