FIRA III is a newly renovated flat, located in a quiet street just a few meters from the Montjuïc Palace, the Fira exhibition centre and Plaza de España. It is located on the third floor of a typical Barcelona's building built in 1955.
It can be rented for days, weeks or months.
This large flat of 107 m² can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has three double bedrooms whose beds are singles but can also be pushed together and convert into great king size beds, according to convenience!
The flat has two full bathrooms, both with showers, for the comfort of the guests.
The living room of 17 m² is divided into two areas, lounge and dining room.
The kitchen is independent, very modern and fully equipped to prepare the best meals.
What we like best about this flat is without doubt the high-quality finishes with which the complete renovation was done at the end of 2018. You will love it!

Late Check-in (from 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) has a supplement of €40.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is required, which must be confirmed by pre-authorization on a credit card. The deposit will be released within a period of approximately 5 to 10 business days after departure, provided that there have been no incidents in the state of conservation of the apartment or its contents.
Accepted payment methods - Mastercard / Visa / Cash (Up to €1,000 maximum)
Parties cannot be held. In case of non-compliance, the apartment will be evicted and the deposit will be collected.
You cannot smoke in the entire premises.
VAT not included in the rates.
Our company does not belong to the hospitality industry and does not pay value added tax.
We can issue receipts in the name of natural or legal persons, but, if you want an invoice with VAT, we must first collect 21% which is not included in the rates.
