The apartment has two full bathrooms, with a shower, for the convenience of guests. The 17 m² living room is divided into two areas, living room and dining room. The kitchen is open but independent, very modern and fully equipped to prepare the best meals. What we like most about this apartment is without a doubt the high-quality finishes with which the comprehensive renovation was carried out at the end of 2018. You will love it! Late Check-in (from 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) has a supplement of €40.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is required, which must be confirmed by pre-authorization on a credit card. The deposit will be released within a period of approximately 5 to 10 business days after departure, provided that there have been no incidents in the state of conservation of the apartment or its contents.
Accepted payment methods - Mastercard / Visa / Cash (Up to €1,000 maximum)
Parties cannot be held. In case of non-compliance, the apartment will be evicted and the deposit will be collected.
You cannot smoke in the entire premises.
VAT not included in the rates.
Our company does not belong to the hospitality industry and does not pay value added tax.
We can issue receipts in the name of natural or legal persons, but, if you want an invoice with VAT, we must first collect 21% which is not included in the rates.
